This command gives you a guide on what to do in certain situations that don't have wiggle room (racism and the like). When someone complains you can show this as the SOP.

**3.** ID

This command gives you a guide on how to get an ID.}

You can then use the ID to run commands in channels in which you cannot mention the user, this is usually used to hide the command from other users.
An example is `{prefix&}mute 17381947183819381`. Which is an invalid ID but you get the point.

Then you can use this command:

Works with emoji, people, channels, servers, roles}

**In the following situations, tempmute the user:**

**1.** Filter bypass.
**2.** Spam 3 messages+ with over 1000 characters each message.
**3.** Mass incorrect channel usage, or over 5 different messages after being warned verbally.

**In the following situations, ban the user.**

**1.** Any NSFW.
**2.** Raid attempts.
**3.** Advertising or attempting to advertise not in the self promotion channel.
**4.**  Racism not through memes rather just straight up racism.

**In other situations, you should:**

**1.** Mute the user permanently, continuing to other steps.
**2.** Notify a higher staff member.
**3.** Await them to give punishment or remove it.
**4.** Consult staff guidelines and roles (after all of the other steps).}

**1.** Mute

Syntax: {prefix&}mute <user-id>
This permanently muted the user if no duration argument is provided, refer to tempmute.

**2.** Tempmute

Syntax: {prefix&}mute <user-id> <duration>
Temporarily mutes a user IF a duration argument is provided.

**3.** Ban

Syntax: {prefix&}ban <user-id>
Notice: Bans can be done even if the user is not in the server.

**4.** Purge

Syntax: {prefix&}purge <amount of messages>
Bulk deletes messages under 14 days old, only use when necessary, do not randomly use.

**5.** Reason

Syntax: {prefix&}reason <case-number> <reason>
Forgot to add a reason for your punishment? Add it like this.}

**4.** Move

{=(move):
Move **up to** the last 20 messages in the current channel to a the appropriate channel with the command:

First run the folllowing to get your list:
