Using a server pool as a “holder” is discouraged, but not solely ban worthy. Stealing or “raiding” from a server pool is tantamount to scamming and will be moderated once reported.\n}\n{=(r11):\n**[RULE ELEVEN](https://dankmemer.lol/rules) - Chargebacks, Fraud, and Gem Gifting**\nAny chargeback results in an immediate and unquestionable ban, along with any form of payment fraud. This is including, but not limited to, using a parent's card without permission. Gem gifting in exchange for bot currency is allowed, but highly discouraged due to the high chance of being scammed. We will not issue refunds for gem gift scams, just do not engage in \"trades\" to be safe.
