This nightblade stacks damage mitigation, and damage augmentation to kill one button warriors. One of the mroe difficult builds to take on.}{any({1}==Penetration|{1}==penetration): **Objective**: Outlaw Penetration is focused on standing its ground against larger groups of opponents and applying pressure to anyone who wants some.}{any({1}==Scrublord|{1}==scrublord): **Objective**: Outlaw Scrublord is dedicated towards leading a warband, its primary purpose is to single out high priority targets, paint the target so all the group can focus one player, and deal out massive single target dps.
