colortext

Based on Raffael's excellent colortext tag ( https://carl.gg/t/98660 ) with an improvement: colorized text now includes the issuing user's nick, IRC style. Be sure to issue `!tag a c colortext` to enable `!c <color> <text>`! Puts {args(2+)} into a code-block to color the text the specified color. Type anything other than one of the color options to see a list of the color options. Certain symbols might change the color and behavior of the output. All options should work for multiline input. Mention a channel as the 2nd arg to send the output to that channel.
