**0 | The Fool**

It is a time for new journies and new beginnings. At the start of every journey there is a sense of naivety and wonder; be careful to not let it blind you but don't lose it either. Be on the lookout for new opportunities and consider how you might bring more of The Fool's energy into your life today.,

**I. | The Magician**

The Magician is master of all four elements with the ability to manifest desires into the material world. The magician is thought given form the conduit that turns energy into matter but The Magician is only able to do so because they utilize every tool available to them.
Reflect on your situation: are you using what's available to you to its full potential? Is there another way to approach the situation at hand?,

**II. | The High Priestess**

The High Priestess takes The Fool and teaches them subtlety: yes you have power and ability; yes you have potential- but The Fool is wild with no sense of intuition. Unlike the Magician who wishes to bring all to the material world The High Priestess sees and understands the value in that which goes unseen. She is representative of the subconscious mind and all the power it has over our choices.
What subconscious thoughts are effecting your actions? Are you listening to your intuition or are you putting it to the wayside?,

**III. | The Empress**

The Fool continues his journey. Where The Magician and The High Priestess represent the Conscious and Subconscious mind The Empress is who taught The Fool how to care for others. What use is all the power in the world without the compassion to use it wisely? The Empress represents the mother figure of both human nature and of mother nature: one who nurtures and protects.
What nurturing figures are impacting your life right now by either their presence or their lack of presence?,

**IV. | The Emperor**

While The Fool shall always meet his mother first in a perfect world one shall meet their father soon after. So comes The Emperor who represents that which makes up the ideal father. The Emperor brings with him structure and authority and the knowledge of when to follow them as well as the wisdom to know when these are things better left ignored.
What authority or structures in your life are you following or ignoring? And more importantly: are they worth following at all?,

**V. | The Hierophant**

As The Fool leaves the home of their parents they come across society and it's belief systems. The Hierophant takes The Fool underwing and teaches them how to interact within society: the cultural norms and traditions. The Hierophant teaches The Fool the customs of society and how to conform to them.
Are you neglecting the traditions that once brought you peace or are you trying too hard to conform? It is time to exam your belief system and sees how it is affecting your moods and actions.,

**VI. | The Lovers**

As The Fool grows into their society the desire to form connections with others grows. So come The Lovers into the life of The Fool. They teach The Fool the value of those around them and how to maintain the balance between one's self and others. The give and take of relationships and how to maintain healthy ones is a lifelong journey for us all.
Examine your relationships: is there someone who is more harm than good? Is their potential to deepen the relationships in your life? Or perhaps the time has come to examine your relationship with yourself.,

**VII. | The Chariot**

The Fool has come into their own and has a certain mastery over the self. While The Fool may be pulled in opposing directions through willpower and a strong sense of mind The Fool is able to maintain control and make the quick decisions needed to keep The Chariot in motion.
Decisions in life are inevitable even hard or cruel as they may be. What decisions have you been avoiding? Where have you not been firm in your beliefs?,

**VIII. | Strength**

The Chariot taught The Fool to be strong through control and willpower but upon meeting the embodiment of Strength The Fool learns how to be strong via patience and compassion. Where The Fool learned to control his chariot via force; Strength shows the creatures pulling them along kindness and love which is the greatest Strength of all. By the kindness of Strength the beasts of The Chariot are soothed and The Fool realizes that not all problems can be met by a show of force.
Where in your life can you show more patience and tolerance? What kindness is missing from your life?,

**IX | The Hermit**

With their world upended by Strength The Fool feels the need to isolate themselves and question "why". Why do people life; why do people suffer; why do people die? The Fool has become The Hermit in their search for answers having isolated themselves in favor of self-reflection.
Are you isolating yourself from those around you? Or are you in need of self-reflection? Take a moment and search within.,

**X. | The Wheel of Fortune**

In their solitude The Fool turned Hermit catches a glimpse of the truth: the world is ruled by both chaos and order. The Fool is controlled by both Destiny and by Choice but most importantly the Fool is connected to those around them.
Are there any cycles within your life that are unhealthy for you?,

**XI. | Justice**

Having glimpsed at the truth of The Wheel the Fool must decide what the truth means to them. By examining a lifetime of cause and effect The Fool sees how they ended up at this point. They realize they must take responsibility for past actions and to ensure that Justice is served in order to live a more honest life.
It is time to decide what path your life will take. What amends must you make or must be made to you? Are you living your life honest to yourself?,

**XII. | The Hanged Man

The Fool encounters those that would seek to tear them down be it society or otherwise. With everything against them and nowhere to turn The Fool has no choice but to give in and let go. Sacrifices must sometimes be made and there is no shame in giving in. It is time to rest now.
What have you been pursuing that is better walked away from? What do you need to let go of?,

**XIII. | Death**

The Fool has decided to let go of who they once were. Cutting away bad habits and bad people from their life. It feels a bit like Death and indeed The Fool may have brushes with Death themself but it is truly a time of rebirth and a time of change. The old falls away to make room for the new.
What changes can you make in your life to improve it? How can you make room for the chance to be born again?,

**XIV. | Temperance**

Since looking within themselves during their time as The Hermit The Fool has swung back and forth between emotional extremes. Now The Fool learns the value of balance and of equilibrium. By experiencing the extremes life has to offer The Fool can now truly appreciate moderation.
Temperance calls for a balancing of the self: logic and emotion; force and compassion; tradition and individuality. In what aspects of your life is balance missing? How can you restore the balance in your life?,

**XV. | The Devil**

The Fool had thought themselves safe with moderation but did not see the way they bound themselves to it. The feelings of hopelessness and ignorance grow while the seductive nature of the material things in life become ever the more tempting.
What are you chained to? What knowledge do you need to free yourself from your bondage?,

**XVI. | The Tower**

To free themselves of The Devil's chains there must be sudden and cataclysmic change. Sudden change can be painful but with it comes revelation. While the chaos of The Tower- which is representative of all of The Fool collective world views and knowledge- falling into ruin is dark and seemingly hopeless it is not so: no situation is without hope.
What changes are occurring in your life?,

**XVII. | The Star**

The Tower falls and The Fool is left amongst the ruins. All is seemingly lost. And then- in the sky- The Star appears. Shining down upon the wreckage of The Fool's life The Star brings hope and inspiration to The Fool once more: their journey does not end here. There is more to do still.
Hold onto the hope in your life and think: where to go from here?,

**XVIII. | The Moon**

So caught up in the bliss of The Star - The Fool fails to see the illusions around them. The Moon is representative of generations worth of imagination and dream. Sometimes it feels the night may never end as the night dredges up feelings of anxiety and dread.
What illusions are you holding too much belief in? What delusions do you hold onto too tightly?,

**XIX. | The Sun**

Every night ends and with it comes the dawn. All doubts and fears are burned away under the brightness of The Sun. The Fool is made new again. Optimistic and joyful once more they set forth.
What aspects of your life need more vitality to sustain them? Where is the warmth missing from your life?,

**XX. | Judgement**

Through a lifetime of learning The Fool has been reborn and at the center of all life is not despair but joy. The Fool forgives themselves for their transgressions. Absolved The Fool can make a Judgement upon their life as they are now able to see their own true self. With this knowledge The Fool can make decisions on the future as they are able to choose which values to hold close and which to shed.
What doubts are you holding onto? Are you following your true calling?,

**XXI. | The World**

Having lived a complete life The Fool returns to The World a new person one with a more complete understanding of who they are in relation to self and others. The Fool is fulfilled and has accomplished what they set out to do and is now able to return to what they left behind with new eyes; able to teach those around them what they learned on the journey to find themselves.

Perhaps not so foolish after all.

In what areas of your life do you need closure? What chapters of your story are at an end?}}
