R(new) = R(old) + (K/2)\*(W-L+(D/2C))

To calculate new ELO rating, input in this format:
`!elo <oldrating> <kfactor> <wins> <losses> <difference> <cvalue>`

By default, ELO rating starts at 800.
k factor by default is 32.
Wins is the number of wins the user has.
Losses is the number of losses the user has.
Difference is the difference in ELO rating between the user and the opponent (always positive).
c value by default is 200.

For example if LeFires (800 ELO) beat BAITON (850 ELO) in a duel, and you wanted to calculate LeFires new ELO, you'd input:
