[ 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐕𝐄 ] : 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐓

— After you use a damaging **base **move, there is a** 1-in-3 **chance that 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐓 activates.

When triggered, you may use the **Volt move** provided despite not being **transformed**.
-# This does not activate Vollständig itself; it only allows one Volt technique.

If you later activate **Vollständig **normally, this passive **no longer rolls.** or __doesnt matter if it did or not__, though if you were to **declare** a move beforehand you'd *like* to use, and roll that **exact** move, it'd become a **go again**
-# that can't stack if its already a **go again**

— You gain a passive **125 HP!**
