They will be required to perform some of the most advanced kills while competing against some of the world's most talented snipers.\n\n{em4}This is an 8 week long seasonal league-style event open to all members of the official LittleBigSnake Discord server.\n\n{em4}Snipe Club focuses solely on identifying and detailing specific kills and strategies and then challenging players to perform them on their own in return for bounty points and a spot on the leaderboard.\n\n{em4}New challenges will be issued each Monday and Friday and players will have a strict 3 day deadline to submit their results. \n\n{em4}Each challenge will be assigned a point value and difficulty level. The difficulty level will begin at \"Noob\" and gradually increase to \"Insane\" by the end of the season.\n\n{em4}Players will receive bounty points for each challenge successfully completed. 1 player per challenge will be chosen as the \"Coach Pick\" and will be awarded additional bonus points.\n\n{em4}All players will be ranked on the Club Leaderboard based on points where they will compete for the top spots. \n\n{em4}The top 3 players at the end of the season will have 1 last chance to win points by competing against each other in a Lightning Round. The player with the most overall points will be declared the winner and an LBS Official Snipe God. All 3 finalists will be awarded a unique prize package.\n\n{em4}Historically all LBS events have been heavily influenced by external factors like luck, opportunity, and availability. This can produce inaccurate determinations of who is labeled the \"best\".\n\n{em4}Snipe Club's focus on consistent long term demonstration of skill makes it far more dependable. Luck and opportunity become more evenly distributed across all players and it becomes almost impossible for any single fluke to have the ability to change the overall outcome of the league. Snipe Club's final results will be closely aligned with the legitimate skill levels of each player.\n\n**__THE SCIENCE OF SNIPING__**\n{em4}Beginner level players will benefit from being able to meet, socialize with, and learn from some of the best players in the world. The challenges will help provide them with a step-by-step guide to becoming a top sniper.\n\n{em4}Snipe Coaches will accept limited 1 on 1 coaching requests on an individual basis if desired. The coach will accompany the player in-game to provide instruction and feedback that players will later use in challenges to help improve their chances of success. These sessions are very limited and based on Coach availability.\n\n{em4}All players are encouraged to interact with each other and the Snipe Coaches throughout the entire season to discuss and learn the proper techniques and strategies for each challenge.\n\n{em2} **__IMPORTANT NOTE__** {em2}\n> Because of the nature of this event which requires complex maneuvers and intricate kills - screenshots will NOT be accepted as submissions. Gif or video footage will be required for each challenge. To help maximize the amount of players that have the ability to participate we have created a screen recording handbook with tips and software options for nearly every device and OS.}\n\n{=(d2):•Snipe⌖Club was created by YoYo\\* on <t:1674756799:F>\n\n•It is developed, maintained, and run entirely by it's founding members which all serve as Snipe Coaches:\n\n{em7} **YoYo\\*:** <@935523589640310854>\n{em7} **Jon Snow\\*:** <@931311122760474674>\n{em7} **Bralson:** <@405687878052741130>\n{em7} **SYN\\*:** <@748354783592841316>\n{em7} **Froot:** <@773954044883894352>\n{em7} **PRESSURE\\*:** <@750860233471164496>\n{em7} **Preston\\*:** <@781346064879714314>\n{em7} **DAT:** <@1011678105544429588>\n{em7} **Agilities:** <@1001683083763925072>}\n\n{=(d3):︱{em2}︱The combined skill and experience levels of the Coaches is so high that if they reach a joint conclusion together, it's almost impossible for any sole opposing voice to realistically to challenge it. The Coaches are the ones creating each challenge and determining what defines a success or a fail. Therefore they are the only ones qualified to make that judgement and their opinions are the only ones being asked for.\n\n︱{em2}︱Players will not aways agree with every Coach decision. This is to be **EXPECTED**, **ACCEPTED**, and **RESPECTED**. In order for an event like this to succeed, all participants have to jointly agree to accept one source as the sole voice of judgement. This prevents staff from being attacked for doing exactly what they are required to do and prevents players from using their own opinions to alter how they view the requirements. When all players use this mindframe it immediately clarifies the process because everyone is finally competing in a unified event with the same definition of success.}\n\n{=(d4):<:SCnum:1070540949060591637><:SC0:1078022841284431992><:SC1:1078022295450300446>\n> All players must agree to accept each decision as final and permanent without interjection of their own opinions. It uses a DVR recording feature in the background while you play allowing you to only record the last 20 seconds or so. \n\n{em9}︱**__COMPARE OPTIONS__**\n> Some recording tools are far more intensive on your system than others and it varies based on your system. If one option doesn't work for you, it doesn't mean you can't record, keep looking for something that works for you.\n\n{em9}︱**__UPLOAD LIMITS__**\n> Discord has file size upload limits. Stay within these limits with trims, compression, gifs, and hosted sites like Imgur. Imgur will convert video files up to 1gb in size into special high resolution files called gifv. And because Imgur also hosts for free, you don't even need to use up any hard drive space. \n➳`Non-nitro members: 8mb`\n➳`Nitro members: 100mb`\n➳`Nitro tier 2 servers: 50mb`\n➳`Nitro tier 3 servers: 100mb`\n\n{em9}︱**__GOOGLE DRIVE__**\n> If you are short on hard drive space, you can assign your clips to save to a folder in Google Drive.
