Once you have the file downloaded open it up
You will then need to accept the EULA and Terms and Conditions of TeamViewer. Check the box that's next to "I Agree", and click on "Continue"
Next, you will be presented with an ID and Password. Reply to this message with that ID and password and the staff member will connect shortly.

It is advised that you leave Discord open on another screen so you can see any incoming message from them.
