This allows you to both blacklist a role, and require a role, this works by using the !temprole command, so if your tag contains a {c:} block, you will require premium for it to work. In it's current state, the tag requires the {user} to have the AccessRole, but not have the BLrole (blacklist role), this means that users with the AccessRole are able to run the command every hour (according to the cdTime)
