{=(what):A battle analysis (aka BA) is a Maplestory tool that can be used to record the amount of exp, damage, and mesos gained over a period of time, with an upper limit of 1 hour.}

{=(baTest):A 40 second ba test is currently the most accepted damage test to gauge your readiness and contribution to hard boss parties. During this test, you will be using all your burst buffs and skills to maximize your damage within a 40 second period of attacking.}

{=(how):**1.** Ask a buddy for a dummy, or do Mu Lung Dojo to earn points and buy a Scarecrow Summoning Sack Low Defense from the shop yourself.
**2.** Go to town or Mu Lung Dojo Entrance to summon the dummy set to level 230.
**3.** Only use self buffs and green pot from Monster Park. You may not use echo of hero or your class's equivalent to it. No legion buff, no gbuffs, no red/blue pots, etc.
**4.** Make sure you're in the proper damage gear and your link skills, legion, and v matrix are correctly set.
**5.** It's recommended to assign Battle Analysis to a hot key for easy starting/stopping. Battle Analysis can also be found under Menu>Battle Statistics.
**6.** Charge up skills that need to be, such as the ark link skill for example. Once all charged, pop all your other burst buffs. Immediately start the ba and attacking the dummy with your burst skills.
**7.** Finish Analysis after 40 seconds. Expand the window to see your Total Damage and to see how that damage is divided among your skills.}
